Frequently Asked Questions
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut.
What can I expect at my first visit?
You will be sent a link via email or text containing your new patient paperwork once an appointment has been made. When you arrive for your first visit, you will check in with the front desk. A hygienist will then bring you back to one of our treatment rooms where she will begin taking diagnostic data such as x-rays and pictures. She will perform a thorough cleaning and then let the doctor know you are ready for an exam. The doctor will then review all of the information with you, perform an oral exam, and help formulate a treatment plan you are comfortable with.
I am in pain, what should I do?
Please call our office phone number at your earliest convenience. If it is outside of business hours, the call will be forwarded to one of our on call employees to help guide you through this issue. If you are experiencing rapid swelling or trouble breathing we urge you not to wait and visit your emergency room immediately.
What are your after hour emergency services?
We can be reached via our emergency line after hours by calling our main number and following the directions to forward the call. We will make every attempt to respond to you as soon as possible and find a way to resolve your issue.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Unless it is an emergency, we typically require a 48 hour cancellation notice before your upcoming appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. We rely on our patients to keep their appointment commitments as we do not double book and set aside time for just you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. We also work with care credit to provide our patients with financing options.
Do you accept my insurance?
Yes, we are able to see and treat patients with any insurance they may have. We will submit insurance claims on your behalf to receive reimbursement. However, we are only “in network” providers for specific PPO insurance plans. Please give us a call to find out more information.
What are your billing policies?
We expect payment at the time of service. If there is a balance on your account we will bill the head of household via email and mail for 90 days. If no attempt at payment has been made we will submit the balance to a collection agency.
How can I make an appointment?
By whatever method you are most comfortable with. Call us, text us, email us, or even book online using the button at the top or bottom of this page.
We are “in-netowrk” with most PPO insurance plans like the following insurance providers:
United Concordia
Met Life
Aetna
No insurance? No Problem!
We offer an in-house benefit plan to our patients who do not have a third party dental plan. For a low yearly fee, all of your exams, cleanings, and x-rays will be covered. And if you need addtional dental work, we offer a 30% off discount to our in house plan members.
