East Bradford Dental was founded in 1993 and has been caring for West Chester families ever since. Three generations of some of our families now come through these doors — grandparents, parents, kids. In 2015, Dr. Steven Casella — the son of a West Chester dentist — took the helm and began investing heavily in technology, training, and a patient experience that feels like coming home.

In an era of fast-paced, procedure-driven healthcare, we step back and focus on something simpler: you. Only after we understand who you are do we build a treatment plan. The result is a practice that feels less like a medical stop and more like a relationship with people who know your name.

  • What can I expect at my first visit?
    Once your appointment is booked, we'll send you new-patient paperwork by email or text. When you arrive, a hygienist will take you back, gather diagnostic data (X-rays, intraoral photos), perform a thorough cleaning, and then the doctor will do an oral exam and walk through a treatment plan you're comfortable with.
  • I'm in pain. What should I do?
    Call our office at 610-429-2945 as soon as you can. After hours, the call forwards to an on-call team member. If you're experiencing rapid swelling or trouble breathing, please visit your emergency room immediately — don't wait.
  • Do you accept my insurance?
    We'll see and treat patients with any insurance and submit claims on your behalf. We are "in-network" with specific PPO plans including United Concordia, Guardian, and Aetna. Please call to confirm your specific plan.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All major credit cards, cash, and check. We also work with CareCredit for patients who'd like financing options for larger treatment plans.
  • How do I make an appointment?
    Whatever way you prefer — call, text, email, or book online any time at the button below. Most new patients use the online scheduler.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    Unless it's an emergency, we ask for 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We don't double-book, so when you reserve time, that slot is genuinely yours.
